3. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Replacement Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Soniqx Store may arrange return pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.
  • For returns requested for other approved reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
